How do you deal with a crush you can't get over?

It's been a while since I even saw this guy, but I still think about him all of the time. When we met I was so sure that he had a thing for me! I can always tell when a guy likes me, and I could absolutely feel the chemistry with him. He was always staring at me, and we'd always lock eyes from across the room. When I would actually stand around him he would get nervous and he could barely talk to me, but occasionally he would say something cute, like about how cool and talented I am. I liked him right away too, and found myself getting nervous around him too.





But he never asked me out. I gave him some subtle hints, but I'm not sure if he just never got them or what. So I let it fester for a bit, but eventually I just had to get it out so I just straight up told him that I had feelings for him (well, I had to email him, but at least I got it out). He responded that he didn't have the same feelings, but that he was eager to see me again, and all in all it was really sweet even though it wasn't the exact response I wanted (I found out later that at the time he was seeing another girl).





I was really hoping that after I got it out I would be able to get over it and put it behind me, and yet here I am still thinking about him and my feelings are just as strong. I'm just not sure what to do anymore, even after having other crushes after him, I always come back to this guy and it seems impossible to shake it. is it possible that I will just never get over him? You can't wait around hoping. Do something or move on. Too many people think that someone else is going to make them happy. Make yourself happy first and the right person will come. We can't answer if he likes you or not. Who knows? He may not even know. I'm a guy, guys are dumb at times. Make yourself happy, do what you love, love what you do. Don't wait another day.
You really need to find another guy. This guy obviously does not have feelings for you and already has a girlfriend. You need to go out and find a good guy. Go out to the club, meet a guy that you click with automatically. It'll be hard at first, but it will get easier. I promise. I've gone through it.
