How do you deal with a major boy crush?

one of my friends has a huge crush on this guy who isnt right for her. I've tried everything i can to make her get over him and none of them worked. I've run out of ideas and need help. she's loved him for 3 YEARS and she;'ll start to get over him then fall right back in his love spell











please help she's desprete. even though she doesnt want to get over him she needs to and move on to another guy.How do you deal with a major boy crush?
the only thing you have to do is listen to her, that help, but the solution is in her. She have to value it is the relationship is good for her or not, and only she had to decide what to do in 10 years, that help, however is she really want to go out of the relationship, she can look for help with a friends that help her to keep bussy until she get over.
